Fondly called the “Execution Queen”, I am a strategic advisor with over 16 years of experience in business strategy development, public policy advisory as well as project risk and organizational change management. I have worked with public and private organisations in Africa, Europe, Asia, America and the United Kingdom, and offer free advisory services for women-owned Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises. As a result of my passion to help individuals execute their career growth plans or business ideas successfully, I started the IBO Execution Club, a virtual hangout, where I provide clarity, strategy and roadmap to help individuals move from idea to action and achieve their goals. So far, I have helped over 1500 individuals across 13 countries. I am the author of the book “The Execution Roadmap'' and I have recieved multiple awards for my contributions towards the socio-economic development of  Africa. I am a member of the United Nations eTrade for Women, an initiative led by the United Nations Centre for Trade and Development (UNCTAD), to advance the empowerment of women through ICT.
